Peoria sits right alongside my home base, and buyers regularly look at both. The two cities can feel similar on a map and quite different in person, so it is worth comparing them properly rather than assuming.

I work across the whole of Peoria rather than a single corner of it, which matters when the right house turns up several miles from where you started looking.
