Frequently asked

The questions I get asked most.

Is the market going to crash?

While I don't have a crystal ball (and I wouldn't tell you if I did), the Arizona housing market is currently stable and growing. There are no signs of an imminent housing market crash.

How is the Arizona real estate market?

The real estate market in Arizona is not only robust, it is growing. Fueled by high demand and low supply, the Arizona real estate market is stable.

How much does it cost to hire a realtor?

The answer to this is… it depends. If you are a buyer it normally doesn't cost you anything out of your own pocket, as traditionally sellers take care of the commission. If you are a seller, commissions are always negotiable. I work with all my clients to find a fair rate for everybody.

Do I need a realtor to sell my house?

Legally speaking, you don't need a realtor to help you sell your house. However, to get top dollar, avoid legal pitfalls, and avoid the stress of such a large transaction, it is highly recommended that you use a realtor to help you sell your home.

Are there any first-time home buyer programs in Arizona?

These programs are constantly changing. Currently there is a program that I am familiar with that offers $0 down to first-time home buyers. Of course, these programs can always change.

How long does it take to sell a home in Arizona?

This largely depends on how the housing market is performing. Traditionally it is anywhere between 60 and 90 days for a home to be on the market before the sale closes. Of course, many factors affect this including the price, market demand, and location.

Do you only work in Glendale?

No. While Glendale is my home base, I travel all throughout the valley to help my real estate clients.
