Frequently Asked Questions

  • The answer to this is… it depends! If you are a buyer normally it doesn’t cost you anything out of your own pocket as traditionally sellers take care of the commission. If you are a seller commission are always negotiable. I work with all my clients to find a fair rate for everybody.

  • Legally speaking, you don’t need a Realtor to help you sell your house. However, to get top dollar, avoid legal pitfalls, and avoid the stress of such a large transaction, it is highly recommended that you use a Realtor to help you sell your home.

  • These programs are constantly changing. Currently there is a program that I am familiar with that offers $0 down to first time home buyers. Of course, these programs can always change.

  • This largely depends on how the housing market is performing. Traditionally it is anywhere between 60-90 days for a home to be on the market before the sale closes. Of course, many factors effect this including the price, market demand, location, etc.

  • No! While Glendale is my home-base, I travel all throughout the valley to help my real estate clients.
