Social Media Ads
For all of my listings I spend hundreds of dollars in social media ads to get your home in front of thousands of potential buyers. This includes Facebook, Instagram, etc.
I use a technique called retargeting. Anyone that views your listing on it’s custom website then gets an ad on social media to remind them of the home. It increases your viewership by 10x!

As a millennial I emphasize a tech-forward approach to my listings by creating a fully integrated and optimized website for each of my homes that I am selling. This is on a custom domain and you can use it to share with your friends and family.

I hire a skilled and professional photographer to capture your home in all of it’s glory.

Flat Fee Option
Listen, I know that selling your home can be expensive.
As a home-owner and realtor myself, even I shutter at the potential cost of selling my properties.
Because of this I offer a flat-fee option for sellers.
What this means is that no matter how much your house sells for, the payout to me would be the same.
This could save you thousands of dollars in commissions.
Better yet? I still put in more work than any other agent around.
Direct Communication
Most modern real estate agencies are impersonal and hard to get ahold of. Normally the “big names” in real estate are a large team of impersonal agents working under the celebrity name of the agent.
Not me.
When you work with me you are working with myself or one of the members of my small team.
You never have to worry about not being able to reach me, waiting on hold, or working with an agent you haven’t met with before.
You will always get updates from me as soon as you get an interested buyer, receive an offer, or if there is a road bump in the process.
My philosophy is that you should never have to ask me where you are in the process and what is going on with your listing— I always seek to preemptively give you this information.
