Glendale Realtor
I was born and raised in Glendale, Arizona and I am passionate about being a Real Estate Agent in Glendale, serving my hometown! As a Glendale Realtor, I take pride in serving my community and offering my neighbors the best service possible. I work with home sellers, home buyers, investors, and commercial clients to help them navigate the ever-changing real estate market.
I have a passion for making my community the best place possible. Because I serve Glendale, my home-town, I’m passionate about helping my clients find a home in the Glendale, Peoria, and surrounding areas. In Today’s Real Estate Market, it’s not good enough to simply list a home on the MLS and hope it sells. Instead, I build an in-depth marketing strategy for each of my home owners. Because I have an extensive background in digital marketing, I market all of my listings through multiple channels: social media ads, custom websites, mailers, and traditional MLS listings.

The answer to this is… it depends! If you are a buyer normally it doesn’t cost you anything out of your own pocket as traditionally sellers take care of the commission. If you are a seller commission are always negotiable. I work with all my clients to find a fair rate for everybody.

Legally speaking, you don’t need a Realtor to help you sell your house. However, to get top dollar, avoid legal pitfalls, and avoid the stress of such a large transaction, it is highly recommended that you use a Realtor to help you sell your home.
